A superior home stager, Lanie has a deep interest in marketing and working with investor portfolios from the ground up. She is a consistent winner of the NJ Realtors®' Circle of Excellence Award from 2006-2022. She previously worked as a rental specialist and transaction coordinator for a management company with deep Hoboken roots.

With her experience and affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, Lanie is able to leverage Christie's unmatched corporate marketing resources and their superior customer service to ensure her clients receive comprehensive support and guidance throughout the real estate process.

Lanie attended Southern Connecticut University with a focus in psychology, communications and theatre. She currently resides in Bayonne with her husband and daughter. She has previously lived in both Hoboken and Jersey City, giving her comprehensive knowledge of New Jersey's gold coast. In her spare time, she enjoys karaoke nights, loves to travel, and spending time with her daughter. She is also a member of the Parent-Teacher Organization for her child's school system, and loves to participate and spearhead charity events in an effort to give back to her local community and families in need.
