First, we are first time home buyers and were clueless with respect to the whole process; we needed a tremendous amount of hand-holding and Lanie was more than up to the task. Right from the beginning, Lanie clearly understood our specific requirements and had us only visit selected places which really corresponded to our expectations. We actually found our place at the 2nd visit… (we visited approx 6-7 places total).
